President and CEO
Michael Rosenberg is the President and founder of M & R Windows. For the last 38 years, Michael has been responsible for growing M & R Windows into the leading window installation and repair company in the tri-state area. As a native New Yorker, Mr. Rosenberg has spent his career making significant contributions to commercial, hotel, residential, and landmark sectors. Michael's responsibilities include sales and managing client relationships.
DAVID ROSENBERG
Project Manager/ Project Engineer
David Rosenberg is a graduate of Manhattan College and has been surrounded by the window business his entire life. He brings years of diversified experience to M & R Windows along with a professional engineering background. He is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project as well as the coordination with clients, consultants, and other contractors involved on the job.
PAUL PARENTE
Senior Project Manager
Paul Parente joined M & R Windows in the late 1980's and serves as Senior Project Manager. With over 27 years in the industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, he is responsible for the daily operation of projects and managing the flow of information from the client to our trained professionals.
JANET FIGUEROA
Office Manager
Janet Figueroa is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, and designing filing systems. Ms. Figueroa's office management expertise allows for all office operations to run efficiently.
